Qld: Search resumes for missing fishermen
An air and sea search has resumed for two fishermen who are thought to have been washed
off rocks on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
Police say the two men, brothers aged 22 and 27 from Brisbane, were last seen fishing
at Double Island Point, north of Noosa, about 10am (AEST) yesterday.
A companion later found their fishing gear near rocks and reported them missing.
A helicopter and local police yesterday failed to find the two men and searchers fear
that waves may have swept them off rocks.
